By accessing or using ChromaRank, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
ChromaRank provides a pickleball skill assessment, training plan, coaching connection, and community platform. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to register.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium subscriptions and coach certification fees are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
5. Coach Certification
Certified coaches are independent contractors, not employees of ChromaRank. We provide certification tools and a referral program but do not guarantee coaching outcomes or earnings.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, harass other users, upload harmful content, or attempt to disrupt service. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Intellectual Property
The ChromaRank rating system, color bands, and platform content are protected by intellectual property laws. ChromaRank™ is a trademark of ChromaRank.
8. Limitation of Liability
ChromaRank is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
